Every day next week, 17-21 March 2014, BBC Radio 4 Extra will be broadcasting my stories at 11am, 9pm and 4am. Here are the programme details.
There’ll be five stories in all, from both of my short story collections, Instruction Manual For Swallowing and The Stone Thrower:
- Fewer Things
- The 40-Litre Monkey
- Remember the Bride Who Got Stung
- The Thorn
- Dead Fish.
Thanks to Sweet Talk Productions for producing the broadcasts and to Comma Press for helping make this happen.
Offering your stories in auditory format makes them accessible. For those who are unable to read or might not consider reading a short story, listening to them just might hook them on the format.
Kudos to everyone involved in making this happen. I hope to listen via podcast…from Canada.
Oh cool, I hope you can hear them all the way over there. Thanks Cindy 🙂
Fingers crossed.
that s really great! Adam and I shall try to get them on my ipad and listen from Tunisia. i hope they make you much better known after that.
Thanks Jackie!
Wow wee wooser wows. I’ll have to work my way up to Radio 4, the jump from Jeremy Vine to Four might melt my one remaining brain cell. Well done Adam, I shall listen with pride.
Gx
Thanks George 🙂 Hope you’re well. Be lovely to see you sometime soon and catch up. X
Aha! An excellent way to trick my significant other in to ‘reading’. Huzzah! Well done Adam 🙂
Hahaha 🙂 Thanks Shannon.
