Short story on floor 500 wide

When I’m writing a story, I’ll spread it all out on the floor so I can
see the whole structure at once.

    This reminds me of when I used to blu tack radio and screenplays to my walls. It was a good way to see a piece growing and also easy to work on. But you couldn’t do that with a novel either.

      Phil, it’s definitely a better idea to stick them on the wall than lay them on the carpet: easier to make notes on the pages without poking holes through the paper 🙂 Alas, my attic has very little wall space.
